The Wedding Team

Destination Bride has four talented wedding planners; one who only does weddings in New York City, one who specializes in the Northeast, and two who cover weddings throughout the USA, and the world. There are also four designers

with specialties in flowers, fabric, props, and graphic design. You can read more about the team.

Wedding Destinations

"We make your dreams come true...at home or abroad!" That is our motto at Destination Bride, and we're sticking to it! Which means that we are willing to go anywhere to fulfill a destination dream. The fifty-plus destinations that are featured both in Lisa Light's book, Destination Bride: A Complete Guide to Planning Your Wedding Anywhere in the World and on the Destination Bride website are examples of destinations worldwide in which we have knowledge and/or expertise.

Consultation

Location and planning consultations may be purchased independently of planning and orchestrating, making it an affordable service that provides guidance and saves time and disappointment.

Planning

We offer a long list of services to choose from. Upon determining the client's needs we provide them with a service estimate based on the number of hours and resources needed.

• Assistance in ordering and purchasing,
• Setting up meetings between the couple and the service providers,
• Assistance in planning details of the ceremony and reception including décor and logistics,
• Meetings with couples and service providers as needed,
• Booking assistance,
• On location visits if necessary.

Design

Estimate includes supplies and labor. We can create any kind of atmosphere in anyplace including tents, warehouses, barns, banquet halls, and homes. We provide our clients with a design proposal and cost estimate if they are interested.

Orchestration

Our coordination services are a luxury every bride and groom should afford themselves so they can enjoy a worry free wedding. We oversee everything from set-up to clean up. We bring along a first aid kit and a bag of tricks including tools and emergency items. We coordinate all of the service providers at the wedding so that each one knows what is to happen next and feels prepared.
