Pam DuVal, an Ordained Officiant & her husband, Joe Cadorette own Promised Hearts. Pam’s daughter, Deanna is also part of the team. You get the best of both – experience and youthful ideas. As natives of the area, Pam & Deanna can confidently recommend the best vendors for your special day.

Promised Hearts is a proud member of ABC, AFWPI, WPI, Cape Fear Wedding Association, and The New Bern area Chamber of Commerce. Pam is a Professional Bridal Consultant, trained by the Association of Bridal Consultants. She is the Co-Director for the New Bern Area Local Networking Group, is an instructor for WPI's Wedding Planner Course, and is also a Certified Sandals Specialist.
