Macmocakes is based in a little cottage just outside Edinburgh. Sophia the baker and decorator does all the baking herself, using as many local and organic ingredients as possible.Having trained as a cake decorator with the crème de la crème in London, Sophia is able to use her significant experience and skills, and her own innate sense of style to create wedding cakes that are classic with a twist, and are fun, romantic and very pretty, and definitely have the WOW factor.
