The Negril Escape Resort and Spa, a surprisingly affordable boutique resort, offers couples all of the services they need to make their dream wedding or honeymoon a reality. There are three ceremony locations to choose from: The Lighthouse Terrace, which features a large deck is almost totally surrounded by water; The Spa Gazebo, a brand new terrace of cut stones with a thatched roof that is set right on the edge of the water; and The Blow Hole Terrace, which is an ideal intimate setting for smaller weddings, with its adjacent natural blow hole that sprays mist intermittently creating an enthralling natural experience. For your reception, The Captain's Ballroom provides a 220-degree panoramic view of the Negril cliffs and the Caribbean Sea, with a large covered, but open area that seats 250 guests banquet style. The Lifeboat Terrace can seat up to 300 guests, under the stars and close to the ocean waves.
The Negril Escape offers packages for any size wedding, from their Intimate Package (for 2 to 6 persons), to their Grand Package (for 120-250 guests). The packages include everything for the ceremony and the reception in the locations of the couple's choice, overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The Escape can accommodate weddings from 4 to 400 guests, with fully catered or venue-only packages.
The Escape's brightly colored cottages each have a style and flair in keeping with one of the many cultural influences that so richly define Jamaica. The cliffside spa is the perfect setting for pre-wedding beauty treatments, and guests can enjoy yoga classes in the spacious yoga room overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Th resort's "Romancing the Kasbah" cottage is especially popular among honeymooners, with its uniquely Moroccan style and ambiance. Shades of terracotta and low lounge-style canopied king beds are the highlights of the cottage's rooms, each one painted a brilliantly-hued jewel tone: Ruby, Emerald, Lapis and Amethyst.
