Jamaica | Caribbean
As the third largest island in the Caribbean, and one of the first to recognize and appreciate the destination wedding market, Jamaica offers a wonderful variety of wedding destinations, options, and resources.
Couples can plan their wedding at one of the 150 plus hotels and resorts; on many miles of sparkling white beaches; in the jungle; in the mist of the Blue Mountains; on an historic coffee or sugar plantation; by (or under!) the cascading water of Dunn's River Falls; drifting down the Martha Brae River (one of 120 rivers on the island) on a raft; on a private island; at an exclusive, privately owned villa; in a garden surrounded by exotic orchids and butterflies; underwater, as your guests watch from a glass bottom boat; or perhaps at the James Bond GoldenEye Estate. Or, if you're really looking for something different, you can say "I do" on the beach, in the buff!

When people think about weddings in Jamaica they immediately think of romantic beach weddings at sunset, but this is a setting that can be found on any island or coast in the world. One of the reasons I love planning weddings in Jamaica is that the island has so much more to offer than sandy beaches. The history, the culture and the landscape are diverse and colorful and offer wonderful options for designing a destination wedding.
